Anyone got a Tomtom Navigator 6?

Featured Replies

I've just discovered this on the Tomtom website whilst looking for stuff for my One. I'm thinking about getting Mr P one for Christmas as it would be easier for him to use for work rather than an original set up.

Just a pain that he would have to upgrade his Nokia to an E61 or an N80, or get a PDA. Does anyone have one of these Navigators? are they any good?

Thanks, as always :)

I am running TT Nav 6 European Version on a MDA Vario II with the UK & Spanish Maps on there, works a treat.

How you finding the Vario II? is it much better than the original vario, as im considering upgrading...

I use TT6 on mine.. but it slows to a crawl once a few POIs are switched on

I've carried out some casual questioning today, it seems all the cars have some kind of mapping in them so he doesn't need it afterall. Back to the drawing board for me

It's basically everything the original Vario should of been 3G Fast Data and 400MHz Processor, oh and a 2 megapixel Camera. I had the original Vario for a couple of months and switched to the Vario II best move I made.
