I have a 1.4 16v petrol and drove along chatting to a mate, looked at the speedo and it shown about 115mph to which I shat myself big time and backed off (trying to keep licence clean + repair bills down:rolleyes: ). The car had quite a bit of oomph left in it like. Not going to try again soon.

i managed to get my fabia vrs to go off the clock flyin past a m3 convertible doing more than 130mph

pix or i didn't happen.

I wuz of teh clock leavin a M5 for dead.... fink he wuz maxed out @ 155

I even tried a small insult but it still carried on :(

I got 140mph (figures are speedo readings) downhill on a 3 lane road and 130mph along the flat bits

this was about 2pm busy traffic and I was undertaking loads of lorries :P

also had an Octy VRS II flashing its lights behind me

also a famous Briskodian Female's car read 130mph on speedo and 125mph flashing from the GPS

hows that for an accurate speedo :eek:
