I'm glad you've posted these up for all to see, I was really impressed by that leather phone mount when I saw your car.

Who fitted the Dension ?

I am looking to get one installed into either the Glovebox or the Jumbo box but cn see how I can run the cable without drilling a hole to run the cable connection to the ipod.

I did :D

Very simple - Having had problems with one in a Octy1 I oped for the pucker Skoda one, and then added a standard Dension active holder. I guess you could buy the Dension Skoda version from and get the holder instead of the cable.

Procedure -

Remove trim

Remove Climate control panel (4x trox T20 screws)

Remove HU

Remove changer connection from Quadlock plug

Add Ice>Link connect to Quadlock plug (note mod may be needed CLICK ME)

Feed Ice>Link cable down into space behind climate control panel

Replace HU

Pick up suitable Ground/Earth connection (mine came from behind panel to the side of clove box)

Cable tie Ice>Link module to existing cables behind climate control panel

Using a suitable tool (bent coat hanger or similar) push down to passanger foot well, tape mini din plug (from Ice>Link cable) to end and pull up.

Plug in mini din to Ice>Link control box

Replace climate control panel

Fix iPod holder in place

Push spare cable up behind panel

Test and finally replace trim

Total time required approx 20 mins

Pics above don't seem to be working, btw how much was the cable ?
