After 3 years faithful service I have traded in my Octy estate for a Polo 1.4TDI (75bhp). It was too good a deal to miss when compared to the equivalent Fabia so it had to be done!

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrofit cruise control onto this model? I know cruise was available as an option if new so would like to get it fitted if possible. If no-one knows specifics do you know any good independent places that may be able to offer this fitted either in the North Yorkshire or Manchester areas?

The Polo should be similar to the Fabia.

You'd have to check the stalk type though.

The stalks in the current polo are different to the ones used in Fabia so I would need to find out the VAG part numbers which shouldnt be too much trouble as I think a mate has the VAG parts DVD somewhere... in theory it should be possible
