IT'S HAPPENED! :( :(

Now, how many of you lot clicked the link with your heart in your mouth? ;)

The car has indeed gone to a better place - being parked on my road isn't exactly the highlife. She's gone to a nice and cosy bodyshop to have the carbon fibre bonnet sprayed, the milotec grille fitted and smoothed into the bonnet, and the front bumper made good and resprayed as well. :)

It's gone for a week whilst I'm in Brizzle again for the next few days. Looking forward to seeing what she looks like next Saturday. :cool:

I was expecting to see it upside-down in a ditch.... Its just unfair that you haven't flipped it. :D

Actually, the worst thing about it was dusting down the old MTB and having to cycle home from the bodyshop - A good 10 miles up and down hills. It's kind of made me realise that I need a little more exercise in my life....

Keeps the weight down. To bling it up would have been a lot more money and a lot more weight in the gel coating. So I basically opted for the standard looking bonnet. :)

Aye but now nobody knows it's C/F, I'd wanna leave it so I could stroke the weave LOL :)
