How's this for cool!? - Fabia vRS

Featured Replies

Out here in Bahrain, I just got a phone call from SWMBO as I arrived at work.

Seems one of the neighbours who happens to be a 26 year old car enthusiast happened to be on the road at the same time as I was.

Simply put, he went nuts at the Fabia vRS - the way it zipped past him on the highway and the sound of the turbo through the straight pipes! SWMBO said he was totally hyper asking her questions about the car (I had the bonnet up just yesterday, showing her the turbo, explaining the IC, but none of it was of interest to her..)

He wants to meet up tonite to ask what mods I've got and wants me to come down with him to the dealers to arrange buying one!

He happens to have three cars at his disposal - a BMW 850i, a Lexus and summat else (I forget what).

But, he wants a Fabia vRS!

Makes me feel good for thinking, researching, negotiating, buying and modding the Fabia.

(Hmmm, wonder if he wants to trade his Beemer for my Fabia - even if he did -No way!!!)

Cheers

Bas

Ask for a go in the beemer, then do some do-nuts. All good fun. :D I'd be happy with that in exchange for Fabia advice.

After all the thinking, planning, money and literally sweat and blood I've put into my Fabia - no bl**dy way I would swop it for a BMW 850i!

(SWMBO would have to spend at least an hour on "maximum persuasion setting" to get me to even consider it lol.............) NO.
