I expect there has been a thread about this else where (if so, please direct me to it) but has anyone else had their condensor of the A/C fail ?

I'd like to know more about this fault please.

The condensor normally doesn't fail AFAIK....there's a sensor which does apparently and causes the a/c compressor to not come on. I think....

It's been diagnosed by Skoda as the condensor.

Not covered by warranty though?

How old's the car? If it's under 3 yrs / 60K then I don't know why it wouldn't be covered.

And as previously mentioned, have a search for the threads about the sensor failing.
