I (well, big_k ;)) will be giving the car it's long overdue 60K service on Saturday unfortunately. What doesn't help is that SWMBO is taking driving lessons on Saturdays, so I can not make most events planned on these days (have to babysit in her absence). There will be other RR sessions :)

Don't think I've ever seen black wheels on a silver car.Not sure about that one

Rest of it looks mighty fine

looks even better in real life, them splitters look good, finally got them fitted before it rained then lol

:iagree: dont paint 'em black Q, keep them as they are.

very nice car ! i reckon powdercoat them in a nice mat colour anthracite would look nice

I think silver and black go really well. Do it

Love the car!

I can get the front bumper off in 10 seconds now, so I'll just remove it before handing the keys to you ;)

I do like those, but they wouldn't last long here! Bloody kerbs!

Loving it, nice work.

Nice to see my handy work is appreciated by everyone. ;)

Would say it looks nicer with the 18'' alloys which still reside in my garage.

You're not getting it back :P

  • 1 month later...

Finally a day in which I can show off the 'new' wheels (after a well deserved wash ;)).

I LIKE those.

Oh...you forgot to put the following in the spec:

3'' Blueflame down pipe and 100cel sports cat.

Jabbasport exhaust manifold.

Just keeping it real. ;)

Cheers Ade, duly updated

very nice :)

IMHO, the silver/grey wheels looked a lot better than the black (though it could be a bad photo)

Like those a lot Q

not sure that the black looks right on the silver car but it is an improvement over OE... maybe matt black on the inserts and leave the spokes silver ?

Not that it matters now of course...

Still if you like em thats all that matters.
