I was shocked today - car went into Hendy Ford in Winchester at 8am (they had all my details correct and what I wanted done to the car :eek:). Said the car would be ready for collection at 1pm, but I asked for a courtesy call just to confirm when it was ready.

Got a phone call at 10am to say the car was ready for collection and when I arrived, it was well parked, the inside was clean and not covered in grease and the seat hadn't been moved! Oh and the price was 15 quid cheaper than I'd been quoted on the phone.

Big thumbs up to their parts and service dept's - may well use their sales dept in the future now
