hi spevie the guy doin the remapping in leeds is called paul at Rs tuning he specialises in renaults but has some damn impressive maps for the octy vrs

No he is right with barry boys, or ***** as they are more commonly known, you know the sort that dive around like they ram raided Ripspeed at halfords with the car covered in superglue. We do understand the 'slight manipulation', it's just that as every other post is in English (especially as we have quite a few foreign members) as everyone else can seem to type properly, it makes the one in twunt talk look even more stupid.

Fair enough son but i stand by my earlier statement that you folk want to lighten up a bit and stop taking yourselves so seriously i have been in various other non skoda forums and been made to feel uber welcome then i come here which should feel like home and get hassled by the heavy brigade its not a good feeling or advert for the briskoda site now is it people ??? :thumbdwn:

Well I'm sorry you feel like this... the aim of the post was not a personal attack at you. It was about the general acceptance of many that txt speak and poorly worded english is acceptable in todays society.

ps. Which unit were you in? I spent 8 years in the forces and have done a tour of the current iraq (telic 2) and one in kosvo.
