Ebay item Fabia vrs number 160076115206

This auction looks like it has been hijacked by a fraudulent seller, wanting only

yer, i saw this the other day, sent him an email asking why he wanted so little for it and to send me a telephone number so i could talk one to one.

think its a scam but cant work out how he'd be able to do a scam on this one, unless the viehcle in question is stolen?

Apparently they do this by hacking into the account. So when you ask the seller a question, then it goes to the genuine seller.

However if you read it, the advert has been edited with another email address given and that is the fraudulent one. You contact them, they ask you for immediate cash / Paypal transfer as the car is so cheap, you are tempted to do it and they do a runner with your money and the genuine seller knows nothing about it!

Defo a Scam, and its easy. Just take someone elses car photos and use those, much easier than stealing a car.

I've asked a question a while back, through the ask a seller, not the email in the text. Hopefully Ebay will pull the plug a.s.a.p.
