Heated Washer Jets

Featured Replies

Might be worth loading up some pics so that some of the Superb owners with the 'poverty' models (such as myself) can see what wires your referring too........

I would also suggest putting some anti-freeze in your washer bottle and by normal use this will ensure that not only the water in the washer bottle doesn't freeze but also the water in the pipes doesn't............

Firstly, I thought you had a Comfort? We'll swap for a week, teach you the meaning of the word "poverty"! Geesh

Also... anti freeze... you know that strips paint, right?

I do mate but it's no Elegance..........:(

Sure do mate but you only need to add a little in your washer bottle, remember a little goes a long way, or at least that is what I have been told.........:P

Yeah, it's not an Elegance - but then ours are a good half a ton lighter ;)

Fair point about the AF - although I'm interested to try this Glycerin trick. The amount of screenwash I get through, it's expensive to up the concentration to stop it freezing!
