well its been 3 weeks now since i brought my octy vrs and the modding has started already

ive just installed one of those induction kits off ebay, very impressed with it especially for the price.

it looks great and a has a nice deep burble and a more noticable whoosh too:thumbup:

and to top it off the guy only lives about tem minutes away, looks like i might be spending some more pennies with him

How easy was the fitting? I've been thinking about getting one of those filters to replace my panel filter.

dead easy it came with a full colour intruction booklet, it took around an hour as you have to take out the battery and tray to make fitting easier

i paid £34.95 for mine as that was the starting bid and noone eles bid, but i think he has the kits for £49.95 buy it now if you cant wait,

he does other stuff too including dump valves and strut braces, when you go in the site look under VAG

Not sure about the difference between this and yours, but im having it done on reccommendation from other Briskodians.

I used to run one of these kits, but you really do need to fit a better filter than the one supplied, such as K&N or Green.

i know a few people have got different ones and more expensive one than this but relly they all do the same thing but i suppose it depends on your budget,

i do agree with beretta that that the filter isnt the biggest so i'll probably get something bigger later like a k and n or jabba.

but for now it beats standard,

Im going to go with awesome on this one, as its my first mod and would like to see there set up to. They have offered a free 5 hor remap to, which i might take them up on.

I will be getting my Forge 007 Dump Valve in the near future to. If you have fitted one of these i might drop you a bell.
