octavia vrs cd player

Featured Replies

im thinking about changing the cd player in the vrs because its a bit naf really am i better off keeping the headunit and changing the speakers or just buy another head unit,?

also will the new headunit fit or will i need any new leads etc..any links or advice will be a help please.

thanks

Just buy an aftermarket HU with MP3. no need for a changer then. Its an ISO connector so a straight swap IIRC.

Changing the HU should give you a better sound from the OEM speakers to.

You will need to swap the perm live and ign live but the wiring loom on most aftermarket HU's will let you do this.
