skoda panama .. whats the best alloy size for fabia

im thinking in get new alloys next week, im not sure what will be the best ...

i dont know if 17" its ok or its too much .. cuz ill try to get some brembo brake pads to .. .. to add some racing style .

please help me out .. or also tell me if will be better only getting brand new tyres like 15" or 16" but the alloys are haaaaaaaaard to find here.
