As a futile attempt to try and get the metal impeller'd waterpump for my car, I sent an email late last night to a general GSF enquiry line, through their website.

Lo and behold, I was rung up this morning to tell me the local branch had one in stock - so as I was on audit, I paid for it using my credit card details, and they even dropped it up to my clients the other side of Exeter at no extra cost.

Well chuffed!

I cannot fault them either, I went in to the new one in Doncaster the other week to get all bits for a sevice, cambelt change, a new thermostat, and a full set of disks and pads. Half way through the shopping spree the guy said he'd give me the trade discount on it all cause i was buying so much stuff! That is what i call a good deal, and looking after the customer.
