Stupid.. I take it he still hasn't been caught.. ??

That is scary considering we often go to Burnham-on-sea after WSM meets.

Nope, he's been named and shamed already on BBC news. The police are pressing charges as well.

Apparently he was dim enough to video himself leaving his house, rather than just riding. Muppet!

The police encourage the public to get in contact with them if they know of anyone speeding????? LMAO. Right...... Where's all your names?

There is a similar case going on in Doncaster at the moment, the only differance is that the rider has had the intelligence to not turn the camera on til he is on a main road, and turn it off again before he gets home. Police are asking for people to come forward, but i cant see that happening myself.

That's a load of bullcr@p. Everybody posts videos of them speeding down a road filled with cars. Just because this guy did it with him leaving his house doesn't make him any more special, but only highlights that the cops need to show they're cracking down on speed-law breakers.

Which (not having seen the video to comment on his riding) is why I think he's a muppet.

I woul dhave thought a decent solicitor would be able to get the guy off surely? The video could have been altered to make the guy look "well 'ard" on the internet.

Speed cameras have to be "type approved" and this hasnt been. Also you have to warn people if you're going to use video evidence against them, before the video is made (ala signs about CCTV on your driveway).

Apparently he's being done for Dangerous Driving instead of speeding. Those charges are more 'do-able' in court...

Ahhh, that makes sense.
