Well bear in mind that under Block Exemption rules you are well within your rights to go to any service agent- be they Skoda, VW, Fiat, Ford... Skoda can't in validate your warranty, because that'd ,ean they were acting illegally.

Just be aware that if any problems arise as a result of another agent's work, Skoda won't cover it. But that's unlikely if you use a decent garage and not your spanner-happy brother-in-law.

I take it you need to use genuine VAG parts too. That is what I'm gonna do. I'll get it done at work. Toyota dealer, but it's still a manufacturers stamp in the book! :D
