Why, if the spec for the latest L & K has changed recently, hasn't the Skoda UK downloadable brochure done the same? It can't be that hard, can it, given that there's already one (that might be adapted by SUK) on Skoda-Auto.com site?

Because as a general read of the site will tell you Skoda UK are not very good.

To summarise, everything is now standard apart from the sunroof, satnav and one other thing. You get the audience sound system.

You only get the Audience head unit, not the full speaker system.

I would think the website will be updated in a couple of months when the new spec L&K starts hitting the showrooms.

You will still be able to order a current spec L&K, but it will be known as an Elegance with Luxury pack.

A colleague of mine is about to order a new L+K, and Skoda retailer support told our local dealer that both Audience and the 12 speaker upgrade were standard.

I'm guessing you would be in a position to know, but it's frustrating to get two conflicting stories.

12 speaker upgrade and satnav option don't work together.

Maybe that's why the 12 speaker system isn't standard spec as it would need to be removed to accomodate the sat nav unit.

I'll try and find out, but as you can see from the published spec in the above post, it does only list the Audience Radio, not the sound system.

By sound system i meant the head unit not the whole sound system.

Anyone know what the 'net system in boot' means? I cna't find 'net system' as an option for the lower specs, though a carriage net for the floor is an accessory - hardly a 'system' and one which is in the spare wheel well of my 02 Elegance estate now anyway..............
