I do like my Focus, but the moral thing of losing £200 a month in depreciation hurts...

The Polo I bought to make money on. As it is I may just keep it (it really is very good indeed), but as it stands I could make a couple of hundred quid.

The Focus would not be for sale had I not been offered a friends 2003 Passat TDI SE with 110k on it for £4k. Its still got a little bit of (aftermarket) warranty, and I know hes looked after it. So potentially I could have a nice car still, and £4k to plough into some debt.

I've recently been considering budget motoring for my missus. She could keep the Octavia and pay £62 a month insurance or get a 1.2 Corsa and pay £26 a month :eek:
