Front lights and indicators

Featured Replies

Just changed my headlights for brighter versions & silver indicators, and OMG Skoda have done a good job in how easy it is to change them..... really impressed.

Maybe its just because i had a renault megane 225 before this and it was one of the hardest jobs in the world because you had to do it through the wheel arch, double your arm over and remove any skin or excess bone from your hand before you can start to get a cramp trying to do up the catch.

Good job Skoda

wot have you upgraded to?

I got, Super Blue Tech. Cheap things off ebay, but they look ok & hopefully should improve visibility.

And

cheap silver indicators off ebay. There are some posts saying they arnt bright enough in day light, but only time will tell.

Had Mercedes C Sportcoupe b4 VRs and had to go to service even for replacement of the tail lights bulbs - guess nothing can be worse than that car ;) I felt like dumb at that time :thumbdwn:

I had some in the CTR..... They seemed ok at first but then when the summer came they were sooooooo dim you wouldn't believe it!!!:eek::eek:

I replaced them with Philips Silver Vision's like i have in the Furby. 500% better ;)

Cheers

Dave

Looking at your pictures I'd say the indicators are definatly not going to be bright enough :(

I'd go for some Phillips or Osram bulbs. Very bright, and just as invisible.
