Hi Skoda heads!!

Featured Replies

Hi all, just found this site while searching for causes of a coolant problem - great site.

Have a 2.0 TDi, elegance for around 5 months, -love the car!! Recently it started losing coolant, very slowly! It was in the garage yesterday, they couldnt find the leak, they did a duration pressure test on it and checked the oil for contamination, but all showed up clear!!-going in again next Wednesday for a 'few days' to find the problem.

.........anybody any ideas??

Sorry cant help with your problem, but im sure someone will be along soon to point you in the right direction. Give the search a try.

Welcome to Briskoda

It's losing coolant when running, but not losing pressure in a leak-down test? The only way I can see that happening is if the cooling system is blowing water out the overflow when the engine's hot! But it's an odd one.

Welcome to briskoda, hope your problem gets sorted soon.
