Does anyone know whether the inlet manifold on the Octy RS is the same as for the 1.8T engines in the Golf/Bora?

Be aware that the manifolds are different between 1.8T in the Audi range.

It would be handy if someone had a list of what was interchangeable between the marques just incase anyone needs something from a scrap yard.

Perhaps a MOD could make such a list a FAQ as each query is answered?

Which gearboxes fit would be another good item!

i think the manifold will be the same on the transverse versions of the engine.....
