I've really enjoyed my time with Skoda. Very impressed all round. Had a little doubt with the dealer in Carlisle but Skoda UK were VERY impressive indeed.

My car has had some money spent on it but I have enjoyed it and the subsequent 'hobby' that came with it.

After all, I flew radio control Helicopters a few years back and it cost me... well lots.

If the new car doesn't impress as much as the current one I may look for something different.

....and move on to Radio Controlled Fabia WRC cars ??? :rofl:

I can see what people are saying, changing a car just because its a certain colour is not something I'd do to be honest.

I can't wait because at the moment I am without a car and driving the gf's renault 19 :(

If the new fabia comes in a diesel and is faster and more fun than this one then I'll probably get one in 3 years

Just to say I am keeping my faithfull silver FAB vRS,, the salesman just hasn't tried hard enough to sell me the ltd ed. he rang back once when i wasn't in (1471) and I wasn't going to ring and 'chase' them up.....:thumbdwn:

will wait and see what new FAB vRS will be like.

When I say faithfull it hasn't given me many problems at all the only ones I had were a recall for the bolts on the fuel pump (under warranty) and that rear passenger seal, where some water entered but not into the footwell, and that was fixed under warranty.

Yep - good move keeping yours I reckon. Then treat it to a trip to Seat Surgeons for its 3rd birthday
