You'll be very lucky if they offer you anything near what you paid. I once tried to get Pilling Volvo to take a car back and their attitude was that I must be joking. This was after I'd written to the MD.

A mate of mine forced a stealer to take a car back through the RIMF complaints process, but he still only got trade price for it, so he had to swallow a loss. Complete waste of time as a complaints process IMHO, but he got some satisfaction out of it.
