Was flat battery.Should this happen after 5 days? car is 4 yrs old and i bought it in january but have never left it this long before without starting it.If battery was badly treated by last owner could it be damaged? My last car battery lasted 9 yrs and was good up until i sold it .

Hope i dont have a battery drain.

beware... check the red light in the bottom of the drivers door to see if it stays on when you close the door, and check the flashing LED in the top of the door to see if its on all the time, my problems started this way with a flat battery after standing for a couple of days, and became no end of electrical gremlins resulting in some work on the loom in the drivers door...

Very worrying.I had mine checked today battery is fine and holding charge so must have a drain somewhere.:(

I'll second that. Had water ingress into the drivers door which killed the electrics. Had same issue with flashing LED & flat battery

not that problem took all fuses out today. My bulb tester shows quite a bright bulb even with all fuses out.Could it be an ecu problem?

Me thinks it maybe a job for an auto electrician unless anybody has any more ideas.

Forgot to say its the big thick red wire on top of the battery causing the drain.
