I wouldn't exactly put it in the catagory of creak or rattle but my '07 VRS's exhaust ticks like crazy when i turn it off and its cooling down

May I ask what kind of silicone spray??? I use Holts Rubber and Nylon Lubricant aerosol and I'm lucky if it lasts a week.
