Robin and Octavia estate

hi. Not exactly "new" to skoda as ive had a few very old CZ models over the years.

I have just bought a low mileage skoda estate 2003 octavia elegance 1.9TDI.

Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction / advice of fitting cruise control. I know some models have it (and lots of new models do) but i want to fit something decent and plugs straight in. Any advice or checks i should look for before asking skoda for a price (shock) or trawling the internet for good secondhand stuff. Something from the VW/ skoda/ seat must be a direct fit?

Help and advice welcomed.

One of the scourges of Greek roads are abandoned motorcycles. Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse

Hi Everyone, I have been investigating how I can replace the decorative trim pieces on the console of the O4 (see attached picture (version I would like). The easy part has been figuring out the general part numbers, however I get stuck on the specifics. I know the O4 has two technical variants; one with stock leds and one with RGB leds, and that there is a multitude of different codes for all the different colours/textures. This might be just a coincidence. But I have just had a new windscreen fitted following a rock being thrown up by a lorry's wheels hitting it, which left a small chip, which after a few days became a long crack and was growing. The screen was replaced last week, and yesterday I discovered the seat was not responding to the controls. I cannot see any fuse listed in the owner's manual which states it supplies power to the seats. The driver's seat is working as usual, which made me think it must b
