Welcome to Roomster land. I have the 1.9TDI, they fitted the fourth cylinder to my one!! Had mine, in Cappachino also, for about 4 weeks.

Hope the fuel consumpion is good for you. mine does over 60 MPG within the first 10 miles on a run. The 1.4 should do better and you can expect 65 to 68 as the norm on a run. Just avoid hard acceleration and keep the revs down and it happens. All this after the running in period of course. Need to build up the revs towards the red line in the intermediate gears after the fist 600 miles to really free up the motor. My son has a Seat Arosa with the 1.4 TDI and it is a great car 70 MPG!!

The iPod works just fine through the Aux socket but suggest a Russ Andrews posh interconnect 0.5 metre mini jack to mini jack lead. The sound really improves. audio interconnects, scart and Kimber speaker cable from Russ Andrews for your hifi and home cinema
