Fantastic !

Nice!!

what sort of power is it?

love old school cars like that! Exhausts look a bit out of place though

10/10 to  .

Looks and sounds awesome!

Beautiful!

Superb restoration, although I agree the exhausts do look a little too modern for it. Straight chrome pipes coming out perhaps a touch smaller would look great, I think it's the silencers which make it look a touch modern?

Still a great effort though!

Very nice

Standard 200 bhp. The restoration is complete, but the engine mods are not. :D

It will be turbocharged and the custom exhaust awaits the new manifold and over 300 bhp.

The exhaust is mated to a smaller downpipe for now but he just couldn't wait for a blast up the M6 to Cumbria. He picked the perfect weekend as well, great day in the lakes.

When it's finally finished (September) he and my Sis are driving to Monte Carlo for thier hols. :)

my old boss many years ago restored one of them , a white one , i seem to remember it went quite well

That looks superb - great effort

Steve

Looks like a really nice job. Bet its a right giggle to drive. Enjoy it!

Always wanted one of those.

I had a couple of 2002's and a Harge 528I

That looks sweeeet:thumbup:

Hats off mate that looks awesome

Great car, always liked them... althoguh I would have gone for a more traditional restoration myself without all the racing gear

It used to have a sunroof but the roof was rotten and had to be removed, then a new roof was added. There are several more pictures of the restoration to view and I will post a link for those who are interested.

Very nice, some good work and a lovely looking car.
