Hi all,

What about this for a story: I bought my 1st Skoda (a red fabia 1.4 16v 0n a W 2000) on 22-03-07, Upon collection & the drive home i noticed a knocking from the front left & my elecy windows didnt work, i phoned the garage (a Skoda Authorised dealer) and they booked the car in for Sat 24-03-07, they looked at it & stated it needed rollbar bushes & a new switched. I booked it in for the work to be done on 30-03-07.......

i went to collect my car only to be told the window regulator had broken & they had to "tape my window shut", but they had fixed my rollbar bushes. As they had no courtesy cars available i was expected to drive it around till next Tues (03-04-07)

I took my car home but as the rollbar was still banging & a taped up window, decided it was unsafe to leave in its condition, so returned sat 31-03-07 and eventually got a courtesy car that day, i was told mine would be ready on tues (03-04-07)

on 03-04-07 i rang from work, the part had not come in.

0n 04-04-07 i rang from work, the part was recieved but damaged a new one was ordered.

on 05-04-07 i rang from work at 3pm was told it would be ready for 5pm....

i drove the 9 miles to collect. on arrival i was informed the technican had left and my car was still in pieces.

so i complained... the franchise manager said it was beyond his control????????

i still dont have my car.....hopefully Saturday now

i get alot of that sort of treatment with my felicia. i thourght thay cared more about furbys and octtys. sounds loke there going down to just looking after octtys

i must say i did like the car...forgot what its like now!!!!

wont go back to Chapelhouse wigan though.... can i use my 12 mnth warranty at any authorised service centre IE Bolton?
