Are these easy to swap out?

Ive been looking at 2 replacements as the originals are 5 years old and have some dirt/green crap trapped I think in between the lenses which looks a tad unsightly.

Any clues how much the original Skoda ones are? The pattern ones are looking to be around £10 each.

Open the bonnet and you will see an 8mm bolt on the top corner of the headlight, remove that and the indicator unit slides out. 30 second job...

Not sure on cost, new genuine items seem to come up on ebay fairly regularly for around £12ish, though.

i have the same gunge behind mine, anyone taken theirs out to clean?

Maybe put them in the dishwasher (After removing bulb holders obviously!)

Yes they can be cleaned the stuff looks like mould in the lens but its outside, and can be wiped off easily just wacth your paint work when removing the unit.

Bah, trapped in between the 2 lenses!! cant see a way of cleaning it.
