I live in germany as a member of HMs finest!

thinking about getting a fabia.Is the 100hp TDI sport

any good?

I would like a VRS but I just cant stand those grey seats

Whereas the sport has the onyx seats which I think look

much better,and I know the VRS has loads more kit,can anyone help?

If you are thinking of buying new and taking advantage of your tax free allowance you may find it difficult to get a MK1 Fabia unless you can manage to get one of the 100 limited edition ones. These have leather and so you wouldn't have an issue with the seats. The MK1 Fabia is no longer in production.

Think the Fabia vRS ltd edition might be your best bet as above.

Im not looking at buying brand new as Im staying over here when I get out

and a tax free car is a pain in the arrse to register in Germany(tax is liable until the car is 7 years old!).

But just for info a Vrs is about 8 and a half grand tax free:)

My original question was though,is the 100hp sport any good,or should I

get a Vrs and strip the seats out?

hi. and welcome m8. no room in fabia's boot for ur bergen m8. get an octavia. get 4 bergen's an kip mat's in no prob.

Just spray the seats with a silicone treatment - then no problem

Or you could get the Skoda leather covers retro fitted
