17" alloys (non-sport susp.)?

Featured Replies

Looking at the new L&K, you get 17" Sputnik alloys (but not the sport suspension). How do the 17" compare to the 16"?

Also any other comments on the L&K? I'm not sure if I want the petrol or diesel. It will be automatic so its either a normal 6 speed auto or the DSG, depending on petrol or diesel engine.

I just don't know! Taking out a 2.0 diesel on Saturday but there are no 2.0 petrols to be had anywhere.

Fuel costs versus purchase price means the diesel will cost just under a

17's are fine, and look good too. L&K is a damn good spec. I recommend!

Thanks for the replies and links. I've tried doing various forum searches on 17" alloys but it doesn't like the 17" bit and brings up loads of pages with alloys on as you can imagine!

I like the pics dstev2000, nice looking car and the side-on pic you have shows up the alloys better than any Skoda brochure I've seen!

I did wonder when the 1.8T engine would be along and now I have an answer. But what insurance group would it be I wonder. We have also looked at the VW Jetta 1.4 TFSI but that is group 13 and my wife has only just passed her test and Direct Line wouldn't even give us a quote!
