Short to ground (N239) - issue?

This was a new code which had cropped up in my engine section. :)

Cleared it and my engine light stayed out for quite some time and it ran better too. I assume N239 is something similar to the N75? - mentioned something about "intake manifold flap" which I take to be the anti shudder valve? This has long gone, but never had this code before. Is it a possible wiring issue with the plug going to the vacuum box?
