Sound technical advice, don't really like the emphasis on road racing :thumbdwn:

Another DVD a friend pointed me to recently was "Blatsafe" a Roadcraft DVD specifically pitched at performance car enthusiasts. It's available on ebay and direct from DVD Store and focuses on country road driving including bend assessment, using the system of car control, progress and overtaking.

I can highly recommend CAT Driver Training. They provide courses for Track and / or Race focused on  dynamic driving techniques. Myself and my husband took so much away from the course and are now hoping to take the Race Academy.
