yeah , saw that on the BTCC yesterday , scary crash , not as bad as the one he had going down Cascades at Oulton Park in the Volvo T5R estate touring car though

Yea, I was there on Sunday, Thank goodness Kelvin wasn't hurt I just seen the tail end of it as the crowd went WOOOOO. Lots of crashes, first race alfa lost its nsf front wheel and took out half a bemmer in the process, 6 cars smashed into each other in the new great looking clio's, nothing new there then.

Several years ago I went to a rally school event held near Bridlington and Kelvin was one of the instructors. He knew how to handle a Golf GTi around the track

When it was my turn to take him around the track I don't think he was too impressed when we spun off!!!

you are of course correct Bengie , but as it was sooo long ago i just had the estate version of the T5 in my head , got the original BBC TV footage on video (remember them) somewhere

I didn't realise it got banned. Jaysus it was brilliant in terms of Aerodynamics, the overtaking manouvers they pulled on the straights.

well it wasn't banned but they enforced rules which meant it didn't comply

something about the rear spoiler having to be lower than the roof line which ofcourse isn't possible on an estate but i think they only enforced the rule due to them romping all over everyone else in it
