Does Anyone Know What The Dealer Price Is For A Single Standard

Alloy Wheel Should Be ?

The Standard Issue With The Car Is A Full Sized Steel Wheel With A Full Sized Tyre. But This Appears To Have Some Speed Restrictions. Am Thinking Of Getting A Standard Alloy And Remounting The Unused Spare Tyre..

there could be a speed restriction sticker on the wheel but i think that that relates to space savers only and has been put on by mistake as the restriction applies to the tyre and as it is the same tyre as is on the car allready then it doesn't apply in this case.

Until some one comes along to correct me -

i wouldn't buy one from the dealers , single wheels come up quite often on the forum , as long as its round it doesn't really matter what the wheel looks like condition wise

I believe they are 114 each from a stealer

Though I believe as long as the tyre is non-directional it is safe to use it as a 'normal' tyre - the 'speed restrictions' are just extra safety warnings should the tyre differ from your others.

Agreed, the wheel itself is fine to run at high speeds, however the warning sticker is there to make allowances between different tyre types and the fact the spare tyre could be running forwards and backwards dependant on the side of the car it is fitted. Having an alloy instead will make zero difference, however it won't look so out of place, should you need it!
