I ordered some black diamond discs from these guys 10 days back, site said they were in stock and ready to go..a week later still no discs so I rang them and they said that Black diamond were the problem as they updated their stock indicators and they would be shipped by Black diamond direct to me as soon as they had prepared the new discs??

They assured me I would have them by yesterday. Still no discs today so I rang Black Diamond direct, they told me that 247's account with them has been ceased due to non payment!!!

In my opinion think carefully before you deal with this shower!!!

Will be on to my credit card company and doing a chargeback very shortly!

should have done my research I guess, I just went with the cheapest and they said they had them in stock!

As I bought them with my visa debit I do have some protection if they never turn up, but I have to wait 30 days from ordering.

Still no discs from these scam artists, after faxing and emailing I was promised a refund but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has appeared in my account. They no longer reply to my emails and the phone goes to answerphone when I ring. The website still seems to be trading and shows that they have my discs in stock!!!

However despite paying with my visa debit card, my bank (barclays) are doing a chargeback on the purchase!

Oh and I reported them to trading standards!

Edworthys are a bunch of cheating, lying thieves (you can tell I have had a bad experience !)

They should be shut down. I even had to contact trading standards in Aylesbury (and I live 400 miles away from Aylesbury!).

Not a good company.
