Ah well, I've got a few more toys to play with this time round - namely xenons and a sunroof. Plus a cruise retrofit carried out by our very own VRStu - cheers again mate - this was sorted on the way back home, which was pretty quick for a first mod I thought!

Anyway, I'm sure they'll be much more fun to be had - I'll try to keep this one longer than a few weeks too Oh yeah, so if anyone fancies a Golf GTi Mk4 1.8T, or know someone that does - give me a shout. There'll be a for sale post up in the morning. It's already on PH and 'Trader. MX has already gone, for those that didn't know. That was fun while it lasted - but a future weekend motor, no doubt. That'd be perfect when I have a garage!

Hey Shaun - std wheels for the moment. Primary reason is that there's 4 nearly new Pirelli De Nero's on them! Might as well use 'em Might get them refurbed though, a few marks and that - anthracite maybe?

Will take a look at that offer, cheers. But at the moment I'm looking to the Eibach and Koni FSD combo, for the best mix of comfort with a lower ride height.

No worries, I knew you'd catch up eventually

no, S3s won't be repeated. I did see a tempting set but resisted! Will keep OEM wheels for a while, as there's decent rubber on them. But that doesn't stop refurbing them, possibly for a slightly different shade
