Jabba'd

:D

Just gave the car the Jabba treatment yesterday.

Chip + Boost controller

237.3 BHP (that .3 makes the difference!!)

325 nm Torque not sure what that is in lbs/psi but if someone would tel me i would be gratefull, i forgot to ask on the day!

Car drives very well and pulls a lot harder at the top end and throttle response has been impoved, all in all its a deffinate "must do" if your thinking of it.

He did enjoy it folks ;)

I'll find my car jacked up one morning and suspension being removed next ;)

Really must get to the bottom of that debate...

Still feels like a whaling vessel on sweepers compared to previous KW setup on 4x4....but least it does not scare me on undulations.

Mike i`m still deciding whether to have it done by jabba or AMD, i`m only a mile away from AMD so location is swaying me to them.......was it a concern for you about warranty issues? my vrs is only 11 months old

decisions decisions..

Phil

From what i saw last night, there was a, jabba/2 APR/and 2 stock octys

the 3 chipped ones had other bits as well (tip, intake)

There wasnt alot of difference between then to be honest maybe a little more top end but very hard to tell, and the 2 stock cars were very very close aswell.

So yes its worth it, you do notice the difference. which one? not sure but very little in it.

as for warrenty thats down to you mate, but just find a local mod friendly dealer and you will be fine.

sounds like the car was running nice and healthy before the chip then... i'll have to wait till mines run in a bit more and get it on the rollers to see whats what.

Now, Now Gibbo.

I see your not too upset about a "stock" Octy not letting up......????

I still think "we" need something to control the bounce??? Any other ideas ..... struts. etc ?
