Abbreviations

Featured Replies

I wish peoiple wouldnot ujse abbreviations and expressions without an explination. Expressions such as mooing to do with brakes or stutter what does it mean I am certainly no mechanic hence reason for coming on this site.

Perhaps a glossary would be of use.

Certainly would to me

Moooing means they sound like a cow (mooing!). And a stutter means you don't get a smooth delivery of power, but it kinds of stutters before then delivering it smoothly.....

HTH ;):D

Chris

If you are unfortunate to experience any problems on your car, you would understand the terms used as you would have assosiated something to the effect.

With most cases it would be as 90% of us.

Hope that makes sense.

AFAIK IMHO you sill find a lot of information using the search function ;)

iirc caught me out in a post about 10mins ago! :)
