I'm confused as to which ( if any ) variants were fitted with a 'ski hatch' in the back seat.

I've seen an '03 elegance hatch & a '02 L&K combi without this but I could swear that I've seen some with them

Also, was the double floor in the boot fitted as standard to some models in some years ?

If so any one know which & when ?

As far as I am aware it was standard on the L&K but available as an option on other combis for about 200 quid.

My 2001 Elegance Estate has the raised boot floor as std, but no ski hatch
