Wii Sports Tennis seems to be my favourite at the moment. Can anyone reccomend any other good games from experience. I fancy some sort of FPS that makes use of the Wiimote and nunchuk. Also any other good sports games ie a better tennis game maybe?

Also i have read that the console can be chipped to alow "back ups" of games to be used. Has anyone got any experience of this??

I bought the Wii the with intention of using it for more 'fun' games that everyone in the family can enjoy. Even got my girlfriend's gran hooked on Wii Sports!

The PC is for games like COD, NFS, Race Driver 3 etc.

Office mate loves his and is now after Manhunt 2 (purely because of the different ways people can be mutilated in the game :eek:). I think the boxing is his current favourite but he's trying to source a 2nd nunchuck which is proving quite tricky with nowhere having them in stock!

My dad bought one and on fathers day we all had a play, my arm hurt till wednesday.

Tennis is brilliant though.

Wii is lots of fun.

Wii play is worth getting - the little games in there are a hoot (I like Charge ) and of course you get the indispensible second wiimote.

Wii rules! I only use the PS3 for protein folding now.

Zelda is a decent game and I still want a decent Mario game but havent found one yet.

I have just got myself WarioWare:Smooth Moves and Call of Duty 3.

Wario ware is a right laugh, CoD3 is tricky to control but after a while i suspect it will become easier. One thing though is that CoD3 looks quite dark on my LCD tv, none of the other games do and everything else i display on the TV looks spot on, also there appears not to be any way of altering the setting from within the game itself which is a bit poor if you ask me.

Super Mario Galaxy will be out before too long.

Mortal Kombat is good fun if you fancy a bit of mindless violence , and Excite Truck is very addictive

I just got a Wii and the best game i can recommend is tiger woods 07. Played the Wii sports for ages and my right arm hurt like hell after playing the baseball. Then got Tiger Woods 07 and im addicted to hell spent 9 hours on it on sunday. SWMBO was going mental

Watch out for virtual tennis elbow playing wii - I am not joking my whole shoulder and arm ached from wildly waving it around.

I was still so addicted I learned to play with my left hand and got double virtual tennis elbow.

Just ordered the GameCube version of Need for Speed Carbon for a tenner delivered. as i didn't fancy the controll method of the Wii version for this particular game. Do i need a proper GameCube memory card to save my game cube games to or can i use the Wii internal memory or the SD card????

AFAIK You've need a gamecube memory card to save your progress...

There are several different controller setups you can choose from for the Wii version and I've had no bother playing with the Wii controller

Got myself Resident Evil 4 for the Wii the other day too. It is awesome.

The way you use the Wiimote and nunchuck is fantastic, excellent graphics and a bit scary too:O

Chips at Stockton, but I work over the road from them in the model shop and we give them discount so they give us it Still, its worth trying because they can budge a bit with 2nd hand games and if you buy a few games then he will chuck some stuff in free as long as he is making enough on it all.
