What's it worth

Featured Replies

Realising that with only me working (wife was made redundant) one of the cars will prob have to go. I've got an Octavia - wife has a Seat Arosa.

Anyhow, trying to work out what my car is worth should we decide to sell, so

1999 Skoda Octavia Estate 1.9TDi (90bhp) in White. Cloth trim, 4x electric windows, air con (but not climate control). Rear Centre belt is lap only NOT three point - and hence only two rear headrests. Two owners + garage from new. For some reason the garage I bought it from had registrered it as their vehicle not as trade. I've owned it for the last 4 and abit years.

Currently just under 160,000 miles with full service history - Skoda upto round 140,000 then local Seat Specialist since, and just about to have 60k service and new cambelt (inc water pump etc) - I bought the car at 100,000 and taking no chances changed the cambelt. New clutch around 10k ago

Generally in ok condition - it has been used and there are a couple of stone chips with some surface rust (and a little surface rusting around where the roof bars attach to the roof)

MOT till Feb 08, Tax till Jan 08

Thanks

Dave
