Not really feasible to be honest - works out at double the cost or there abouts.

And group buy on individual/two bottles isn't feasible on grounds of postage costs. :(

I was thinking of buying a minimum of a case per person, be that 6 or 12 in a case.

Yes I agree it would be more expensive but then you don't have to deal with dosing bottles.

Hi, I'd be interested, i'd not heard of this stuff before reading this thread but it sounds like its worth it.

If you are wanting some more people in on this, I could put up a link to this on UK-MKiv's. let me know:thumbup:

 could be tuning into a business this tom...

I'll need 5 litres quite soon now. :D Probably inside a month I think.

I've been reading up on this some more and I like what i've read so if I could get in on this GB that would be great!

Also the above offer still stands, although I realise you might not want this getting out of hand:eek:

I'd be intreted, although the whole dispensing thing corncerns me slighlty.

I'd be interested, although the whole dispensing thing concerns me slightly.

I have found the perfect solution; my wife bought a bottle of Refresh BIOTAL to keep our water butt free of algae; details here;- Water Butts Direct.co.uk : Hosing & Other Items

As can be seen the bottle has a 25ml dispenser (green screw cap) that works in the same way as the Millers bottle BUT it has a second screw top neck (white screw cap) that can be used to fill/re-fill it; 500ml by the way.

No problem with that whatsoever! ;)

As for the Biotal, bloody brilliant - top work!!!

I'm still yet to hear back from my original supplier, but that means I'll have to handle the shipping for sure, not that its a problem.

well done lads. i see a plan forming... :D

I have spoken briefly with my contact at Millers, who is abroad at present but back at work later next week.

He was in a positive frame of mind that we ought to be able to 'come to some arrangement for Briskodians' and we agreed to speak further once he is back.

I keep you all posted in due course.

I've given up on the syringe now as the Millers seems to react with the rubber and makes it difficult to use (it also rubs the markings off if you get it in contact!).

Chris

I have been using a 10ml syringe I got with an Ink Jet refill kit for over 6 months now with no adverse effects so I guess it depends on the syringe.

I pre-fill a small long-spouted oil bottle which fits neatly under the filler cap flap so is always ready to use at the petrol (diesel) station for a fill up and eliminates any in-car 'Millers smell' that some others have complained of.

Would join the group buy but bought a 5ltr 6 months ago - which will last a little while longer yet

Any updates on this?

If this is still possible, or is 9 to many?

I've been away for a couple of days but will be talking to Millers this week and will report back soon.

I've got a final price now for the product. Need to work out shipping costs, but I think my price is hard to beat! :P

Britishmeat - you could collect yours from mine thus saving a few quid. :)

Also - must be in multiples of 4 I'm afraid, so 8 or 12. :)

Bahnstormer - as soon as you get back with a price we'll go ahead with a formal group buy. :)

Count yourself in Nick.

I haven't done any listing, I will go through the thread and check things... this is just a feeler thread though remember, once we've confirmed things a proper Group Buy thread will be posted.

Just keep adding names if you are interested, but when it comes to the order it must be a multiple of 4 :)

Thanks Tom,much appreciated.:)
