The quantity is 5 litres in a drum delivered to your door. Cost per bottle is just there for price comparison sake - a 500ml bottle is normally around

count me in then.. I'm freshly remapped/serviced and clutched. When do you want my reddies?

I'm in a little sooner than I imagined now. ;) Found out I'm down to my last 1000ml or so of the stuff. :D

Ok then, as theres enough interest for 2 cases, I'll enquire about delivery costs and see whether this is viable. :)

If you are interested get your name down, if we had 12 interested thats more negotiating power for me!!!

Hmmm,

what do people do regarding dispensing? I've been scouring the net and could probably put together a 500ml bottle with lid, small funnel and a 50ml syringe for under a fiver...

Id'e never even heard of this additive until recently, but having studied the various threads relating to it,and read the almost universal positive reports from users,im converted!

I would appreciate it if you could count me in please Tom:thumbup:

I bought a dozen "sample" ;) bottles to keep my share of the last batch of Millers - works well, and seals up nicely (apart from when you crack the bottle.... :o)

My local supplier won't budge on price (although it is a good price), so I'm ringing round a bit to see if I can find a better deal. :)

Has anyone tried removing the bung which separates the main bottle from the measuring bit of the 500ml Millers bottles? If it's remove/replaceable then you could in theory refill it...

They were basically urine sample bottles (brand new ones, don't worry ;)) that work well for Millers - Seals tight (as it should I hope! ) and even has a measuring thing on the side which although not all that accurate, you can do a before measure take, pour some in, then recheck. I'm not fussed on accuracy and I generally llob in 50ml+ with a full tank-up. :D

Ebay for "sample bottles" - might come up. 250ml each bottle was. I'd search now for you, but it's blocked at work.

It is 'stuck in' very firmly - several rings around cylindrical block which compress when their machine pushes it in.

I did try - can't remember properly what happened, think I ended up pushing it down into the main chamber in the end :( so am using it just as a bottle basically.

Have another bottle from gardening stuff which has a measuring reserve so will be using that soon.

Cheers for that.

I've searched eBAY and its not really come up with the goods to be honest. :thumdwn:

I really do think the syringe is the best option. :)

I've had an email from Millers direct, seems they'll do a discount of 25% for 12 bottles, making it

I've given up on the syringe now as the Millers seems to react with the rubber and makes it difficult to use (it also rubs the markings off if you get it in contact!). I now just use an old mug, slosh some in there and then pour it from the cup straight into the fuel tank. A long/flexible necked funnel would probably be the ideal way of getting it in the tank....

Yup, syringe packed in after about 5 uses - rubber got dragged off plastic stem thingy.

what about using the plastic hose off a petrol can, all you need todo is measure the millers out in something (swmbo's measuring jug) first then pour it in

Sounds ideal, Matt :D

Chris

I was thinking about cutting the little measuring chamber off the smaller bottle and just using that to measure out the right quantity.

Ah, those little cups you get to measure medicine could be handy... :)
