I've discovered that my Refresh BIOTAL bottle idea (see post #59) doesn't work as 1) there is a sediment in the bottle I can't get rid of and 2) the twin spouts mean that the neck of the bottle won't fit into the fuel filler on my Octy.

However, I have found a 'lot' of 10 x 100ml bottles (double strength Millers into my 50L fuel tank each fill) on e-bay details here;- Find 10 x 100ml HDPE PLASTIC BOTTLES Aromatherapy Storage on eBay within, Candle Soap Making, Crafts (end time 19-Nov-07 11:15:29 GMT)

and will decant into these to give me 10 weeks (I uses a full tank per week) worth of Millers.

An alternative on the bottle issue;-

Once you have used a 500ml bottle, push the sealing 'plug' down into the bottle (a sharp tap with a screwdriver will do) and then fill it 50ml or 100ml at a time and put a 'level line' on the side with a permanent marker.

On refuelling, a careful couple of 'glugs' will get the required amount of dieselsport 4 into the tank.

I have some see-through plastic containers that hold 250ml and have a scale marked up the side in 25ml divisions. They have a screw top and about a 2 inch diameter neck. If any of you are interested i'll send you one if you send me a stamped address jiffy envelope, i have 5 spare. I'll pop down the post office tomorrow to find out how much postage is required. perfect size for a double-strength dose into a 50 litre refuel and decanted into these, keeping 2 or 3 in the car ay any one time.

if it's still on I'm still interested. Have been buying the 500ml bottles but could do with a larger more cost effective supply.
