Thoughts please...

I am sure that this is a mod that has been done many times before, but I am unable to find any good pics on the forums, so thought I would put up a before and (proposed) after shot to see what people thought...

Looks good..... looks very good .... hmmmm ---- goes of looking at RS4 alloy prices

nice :)

I dont get the whole B pillar fascination, I think it looks awful myself... Wheels look good though

Last pic with the wheels, drop and pillars done looks very good.

You thought about doing something to the roof rails? Something like that silvery chrome colour the Audi's have.

Wheels Yes, OK if you must (I think the OE 'spider' styler are great but appreciate you want to get up onto 17" or 18" rims) BUT

super lowered suspension DEFINITELY NOT - takes the class out of the car and makes it look like some Max Powered heap.

(I don't mean to offened, just speaking frankly).

You can make it look slick & sleek with black or carbon fibre on the B and C pillars (plus possible door mirrors).

No offence taken.

This was suggested to me by the same person that suggested the 18's, and I threw it into the mix just to see what it looked like. I have to admit that the original ride height on the new wheels looks a little wierd (not sure why, but it just does) - maybe just the way I mocked up the picture. Was only looking at a mild Eibach related drop of 15 to 20mm anyway - the pic actually shows about 40mm when I checked the dimensions again.

Mirrors are a definite no for the time being, but the pillars might have to be done soon too, this really brings the top half of the car together in my eyes.

Will be sorting the wheels and tyres this month, see where we go from there!

Steve

Looks good, cant beat a lowered 'state.
