As per title im looking at a VRS Octavia for around 5k maybe a bit more. theres a few on auto trader but am i buying into problems? is there a reason for them been so cheap?

If they have full skoda service history and HPI ok i carnt see a problem. The cars that are sometimes advertised on this site are usually a bit more expensive with it being an enthusiasts site but they will usually be well looked after.

is there anything that wears out on them that i need to keep an eye on like clutches etc? any common dodgy mods to avoid? signs of one thats had a hard life?
